Maintenance, servicing, safety checks and regular inspection

The ONEJOON customer service supports you by inspection, maintenance and repair of your furnace plant.

Our services include inspections according to manufacturer's specifications, repairs, as well as all maintenance work, which is a basic requirement for smooth operation with constant quality and safety.

We are also happy to carry out the test fault shutdowns required annually by law according to §15 BetrSichV. Your advantage is obvious: The safety check is carried out reliably and without complications by the manufacturer of your furnace systems.

Revision, maintenance or annual furnace inspection by a specialist

To ensure that your production processes run smoothly, our qualified service technicians and process engineers take over the maintenance and repair of your systems - whether Eisenmann, Ruhstrat or third-party systems. Preventive maintenance of your furnaces according to jointly defined cycles ensures smooth production processes and high plant availability. Through regular maintenance work, which we document in a report, we also increase the service life of your plant.

The customized inspection of your furnace systems can include the following services, among others:

• Inspection of the furnace insulation, the refractory lining and the kiln furniture
• Inspection of the mechanical components (such as conveyor technology, pneumatics, air locks, pushers, roller conveyors or furnace carriages used)
• Inspection of process engineering components (such as gas burners, burner nozzles, gas supply, heating elements and thermocouples)
• Inspection of fans and air systems (such as fans for combustion air, exhaust gas, cooling and circulating air, piping for exhaust gases, exhaust air and cooling air)
• Inspection of all safety relevant components

Within the framework of a maintenance contract, we will remind you in good time to bring our qualified specialists to your premises. This makes the maintenance costs for your furnace systems plannable and transparent.

Carrying out the prescribed safety inspection of your furnaces

We carry out the prescribed safety checks for you regularly. This guarantees the operational safety of your plant in accordance with the regulations.

The safety test, which is specially adapted to your plant, comprises

• Functional testing of all safety-relevant system components
• Testing the shutdown functions in case of a fault
• Comparison of the current system and its functions with the applicable standards and laws
• Detailed final report and documentation of the results

We offer the safety check in addition to the plant inspection or plant maintenance.

In-house repair solutions for ONEJOON customers

The ONEJOON service offers you the possibility to have components repaired and modified in your factory. The advantage of this procedure is to save travel costs by repairing on site and to use all production possibilities in the factory.

We are also happy to offer you the possibility of sending in thermocouples for calibration and repair.

Employee training

For an optimal production result, numerous parameters must be taken into account and the system must be operated in the production cycle according to the manufacturer's specifications.

ONEJOON offers you the training of your employees. A special focus is placed on the processing of fault messages and trouble shooting. The staff training is carried out by our process engineers, who supervise existing plants as well as commission new plants and can therefore draw on a considerable wealth of experience.
