1.3 Storage duration

Conclusion of a contract for order processing

2.2 Note on data transfer to the USA and other third countries

Among other things, tools from companies based in the USA or other third countries that are not secure under data protection law are integrated on our website. If these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to these third countries and processed there. We would like to point out that no level of data protection comparable to that in the EU can be guaranteed in these countries. For example, US companies are obliged to hand over personal data to security authorities without you as a data subject being able to take legal action against this. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO, if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. 2.5 Analysis tools and advertising

Google Tag Manager

This website uses the Google Tag Manager of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Through this service, website tags can be managed via an interface. The Google Tag Manager only implements tags. This means that no cookies are used and only the user's IP address is transmitted to Google to establish the connection. The Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. However, the Google Tag Manager does not access this data. Since a transfer of the IP address to Google takes place in the USA, further protection mechanisms are required to ensure the level of data protection of the DSGVO. To ensure this, we have agreed standard data protection clauses with the provider in accordance with Art. 46 (2) lit. c DSGVO. These oblige the recipient of the data in the USA to process the data in accordance with the level of protection in Europe. In cases where this cannot be ensured even through this contractual extension, we endeavor to obtain additional regulations and commitments from the recipient in the USA.

Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies".

Order processing

We have concluded an order processing agreement with the service provider, in which we oblige him to protect our customers' data and not to pass it on to third parties.
Since a transfer of personal data to the USA takes place, further protection mechanisms are required to ensure the level of data protection of the GDPR. To ensure this, we have agreed standard data protection clauses with the provider in accordance with Art. 46 (2) lit. c DSGVO. Storage period

Matomo (formerly Piwik)

Hosting

We host Matomo exclusively on our own servers, so that all analysis data remains with us and is not passed on.

2.6 Newsletter

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified e-mail address and agree to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information. We use the newsletter service Malify, Sarbacane Software, 3 avenue Antoine Pinay, Parc d'activités des 4 vents, 59510 HEM (France). Your personal data is processed on our behalf on the basis of order processing contracts pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
