As working student (m/f/d) or intern (m/f/d) in the Global Strategy department, many exciting topics and tasks await you, such as external corporate strategy (investments, cooperations, ...), internal corporate strategy (annual business planning, market and sales strategy, ...) as well as organizational development and intercultural communication at the Böblingen site.

What can you expect?

As working student (m/f/d) or intern (m/f/d), you will gain initial insights into the development and strategic advancement of a medium-sized industrial company in the plant engineering sector. We have the following tasks for you:

Conducting competitive and market analyses for the management of the strategy area, e.g. in the areas of lithium-ion batteries for automobiles, fuel cells, and high-performance materials for various applications
Supporting the development of innovative business models in plant construction
Research and prepare information for global strategy projects
Supporting the preparation and implementation of workshops in the field of intercultural cooperation

What should you bring with you?

ongoing studies in a business or technical field with a business focus or with a strong interest in strategic topics
a confident handling of MS Office
very good knowledge of English
basic knowledge of lithium-ion batteries and fuel cells (would be desirable)
perhaps already with first experiences in strategic projects (also desirable)

What else do we value:

good communication skills, a high capacity for teamwork but also high resilience, flexibility and willingness to learn
Organizational skills and goal-oriented, structured way of working
previous knowledge in the field of 3D printing is desirable but not mandatory
Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
