(Team) Leader (m/f/d) for our logistics area

We want to grow and are looking for more reinforcement for our team in Bovenden from 01.01.2022!

With inventiveness and passion, our employees develop and build thermal plants according to individual customer requirements. As a medium-sized technology company from the Göttingen area we offer a wide range of tasks in a dynamic environment.

What does that mean for you?

Your tasks in detail:

  • Technical and disciplinary management of the logistics team
  • Allocation of personnel capacities
  • Ensure and monitor operational workflows from goods receipt, storage, picking, staging, packing to loading
  • Organize and ensure the internal movement of goods
  • Monitor and strategically plan internal and external warehouse capacities
  • Active participation in day-to-day business

You are a good fit for us if you

  • have completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist,
  • in addition, advanced training in the field of logistics (master craftsman, specialist, manager)
  • already have several years of professional experience in such a position,
  • Possess a forklift license and also have practical experience loading and unloading trucks,
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in working with ERP systems or materials management (ideally in SAP),
  • a process-oriented way of thinking with good and fast comprehension skills.

What else do we value:

  • In any case, persuasiveness, the ability to work in a team, a confident manner, a sense of responsibility and a high level of commitment,
  • an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working, also interdisciplinary in teams
  • a confident handling (good user skills) of the MS-Office products as well as SAP MM and
  • a strong customer and service oriented work ethic.
