• Leading strategic (sub-)projects in the areas of
  - Corporate investments and cooperations (M&A),
  - Business Model Development,
  - Internationalization and
  - intercultural communication
• Execute and further develop our strategic planning processes
• Preparation of competition and market analyses as well as deriving recommendations for action
• Development of decision papers for the strategic orientation of the global ONEJOON Group
• Support the management of the Global Strategy division in international top management projects

You are a good fit for us if you

• Have earned a university degree in a business or technical field (preferably with a concentration in Management, International Business or comparable)
• have gained initial experience with the implementation of strategic projects, e.g. in internships or student trainee positions,
• Possess a high level of entrepreneurial thinking and analytical skills,
• Exhibit excellent presentation and communication skills,
• prefer a structured, goal- and solution-oriented way of working,
• can actively use very good English skills and are confident in the use of MS Office products and finally
• Have a certain degree of willingness to travel internationally (in accordance with the international orientation of the tasks).

On the one hand, the position is suitable as an entry-level position in an internationally oriented technology company (special plant engineering); on the other hand, we are also looking forward to applicants with initial professional experience. Important for us is your interest in the above mentioned topics and your willingness to learn and develop further. We will support you in this. Right from the start, you will be given responsible and varied tasks in an international context and will receive comprehensive and systematic training and support.
