Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for major projects in the field of thermal processing of battery raw materials (anode/cathode)

Many exciting and challenging tasks with an international context:

• Organizational, technical and commercial management of the project team for our complex plant projects in the battery sector
• Plan and secure critical project resources, leading technical execution and project management teams, some of which are international in scope
• Leading schedule and cost control (active risk management) within the framework of multi-project management
• Coordination of organizational and technical issues in direct customer contact including layout and interface planning
• Plan and control procurement/manufacturing scopes and coordinate external suppliers
• Leading the change management as well as coordinating multiple scopes in the project
• Organize and lead the project or plant acceptance process

You are a good fit for us if you

• have successfully completed a technical degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable),
• have relevant professional experience in project management of international special machinery or plant engineering (min. 10 years) and have led interdisciplinary teams several times,
• already have experience with the management of complex projects in an industrial environment,
• economic and entrepreneurial thinking skills,
• have a high willingness to travel and
• have a high ability to work in a team.

• an above-average level of commitment, organizational skills and a goal-oriented, structured approach to work
• very good communication skills, a high ability to work in a team but also high resilience, flexibility and willingness to learn
• confident handling (good user skills) of MS Office products, business fluent German and English, both written and spoken
