Because heat treatment is an important prerequisite for numerous products, e.g. carbon fibres, e-car batteries or (razor) blades. ONEJOON builds the furnaces required for this and develops the process technology for manufacturing these products. What does that mean exactly?

• Calculate and design plant components and trades, taking into account quality assurance measures and standards and legal regulations.
• CAD-supported creation of new designs and adaptation of existing designs
• Carrying out corresponding technical calculations and checking interfaces within our special plants
• Co-operating and co-ordinating activities with other designers and departments, such as purchasing, project management, production and other areas
• Independently enquire, prepare and create order proposals and check quotations

We are a good match if you:

• have completed a technical degree (mechanical engineering, process engineering or comparable) or technician training
• have at least 5 years of professional experience in the design of heat treatment plants or consulting-intensive capital goods
• have very good knowledge of 3D-CAD software (preferably SolidWorks)
• Have experience in the preparation of technical drawings (Windchill experience would be advantageous)
• Have gained sound experience in the design of sheet metal components and complex assemblies in the field of plant engineering in plant construction

And if you

• are absolutely convincing, like to assert themselves charmingly and act confidently
• value a sense of responsibility and a high level of commitment as much as we do
• have an independent, careful, precise and structured way of working as well as a strong understanding of processes
• have excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English
• are a reliable team player with a distinctive customer-oriented way of working
