Heat treatment is an important prerequisite for numerous products, e.g., carbon fibers, electric car batteries, or (razor) blades. ONEJOON develops the necessary furnace and process technology. What does that mean exactly?

• You will be a trusted contact person for employees and provide them with administrative support from the moment they join the company until they leave.
• You will be trained in the ATOSS time recording program and will take on responsibility for time management in the medium term.
• You will provide preparatory support for payroll accounting and certification.
• You will assist with the introduction of travel expense digitization and other HR projects.
• You will create reports, presentations, and documentation.

We are a good match if you

• have successfully completed commercial training,
• have at least 3 years of professional experience in human resources,
• have experience in time management, ideally with ATOSS,
• and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

And if you

• value a sense of responsibility and a high level of commitment as much as we do
• have an independent, careful, precise and structured way of working as well as a strong service orientation
• can communicate in written and spoken English
• are a reliable team player with a high level of flexibility and commitment
