Who we are:

ONEJOON GmbH is a medium-sized company in special plant construction with German locations in Bovenden (near Göttingen) and Böblingen (near Stuttgart). The company has a tradition of more than 125 years in the construction of highly flexible and technologically sophisticated industrial furnaces in a wide variety of industries. ONEJOON GmbH currently employs approx. 230 people at its locations in Germany. 

We are the technology and market leader for oxidation and carbonization furnaces in the core market of carbon fiber production. The company occupies a prominent position in the fast-growing markets of cathode and anode material production for lithium-ion batteries. Other applications for Onejoon's equipment include blade and band saw hardening, sintering of metals and ceramics, heat treatment of aluminum wheels, and special applications involving novel materials (e.g. in powder chemistry and fuel cells). In addition to customized furnace technology, we also supply the appropriate automation and integration of process and material flow.

Since January 2020, we have belonged to the ONEJOON Group as ONEJOON GmbH with subsidiaries and associated companies in the USA, Poland and China as an associated company. ONEJOON Co Ltd. as parent company is a Korean plant engineering company with headquarters in Suwon (near Seoul), whose main market is the production of high-temperature furnace systems including associated conveyor and process technology for processing cathode and anode materials for lithium-ion batteries.

Here as well as there, our employees develop and build thermal plants with inventiveness and passion according to individual customer requirements. As a fast-growing, medium-sized technology company, we offer a wide range of tasks in a dynamic environment. 
 

What does that mean for you?

Many exciting and challenging tasks with an international context:

  • You lead the team leaders of our service division both professionally and disciplinarily and define the structures and processes within the division
    You plan the strategic orientation of the division by
    - Analyzing and evaluating the market situation (markets, competitors, competitive products)
    - Developing and implementing the global service and customer service strategy
    - Alignment of distribution/sales activities
    - Preparation of business plans as well as related calculation and monitoring of
      cost centers, budgets and investments
  • You shape the service policy worldwide and determine the content (e.g. pricing strategy, offer tracking)
  • You continuously develop our service portfolio, taking into account our strategic orientation and customer needs
  • You coordinate the development of our strategic customer relationships and lead negotiations with strategic key customers
  • You take care of the interface management to the adjacent areas, the parent company and our business partners                        
  • and finally, you report regularly to the management on the fulfillment of the targets (target/actual situation) by means of a key performance indicator system

You are a good fit for us if you

  • have a university degree in a business or technical field (preferably with additional qualifications in project management and/or customer relationship management) 
  • have gained experience in the implementation of strategic projects 
  • have already worked in the service area of a medium-sized company, preferably as a team leader, or have managed larger projects in this area 
  • have a very high level of entrepreneurial thinking and analytical skills 
  • have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • prefer a structured, goal- and solution-oriented way of working
  • can actively use good English skills and are confident in the use of MS Office products and finally
  • a certain degree of willingness to travel internationally (in accordance with the international orientation of the tasks)

If you have a keen interest in strategic corporate issues and want to further develop a broadly based division, you should take a closer look at our company. This will provide you with a sound basis for further shaping our service, developing new strategic service projects and implementing them together with your team.
