What does that mean exactly?

• Leading the "Project Management" team within the business unit
• Direct management of a team of approx. 5-7 employees
  • Project managers
  • Project managers and electrical coordinators
• Coaching and actively developing your team of project managers and, if necessary, providing technical guidance to project participants
• Managing and supervising your own projects, in particular taking on strategically important (major) projects in the department
• Actively managing all project resources, deadlines and costs (incl. risk management) as part of multi-project management
• Your direct superior is the Head of Department / Vice President Advanced Materials and Processes

We are a good match if you

• have successfully completed a degree in mechanical / electrical / industrial engineering
• have at least 10 years of professional experience in the relevant field or a similar position and want to expand this experience
• have very good knowledge of SAP
• have acquired excellent knowledge of project management as part of certification programs (PMI, GPM, PMP)
• have in-depth knowledge of technologies through extensive project experience with different technical contexts
• have excellent knowledge of managing many complex projects in parallel (multi-project management)

And if you

• have in-depth knowledge of the entire value chain in plant engineering (from sales and engineering to production and assembly processes)
• are absolutely convincing, like to assert themselves charmingly and have a confident manner
• value a sense of responsibility and a high level of commitment as much as we do
• have an independent, careful, precise and structured way of working as well as a strong understanding of processes
• enjoy optimizing work processes
• enjoy working and coordinating international, interdisciplinary and cross-departmental teams
• can communicate very well in written and spoken English
• are a reliable team player with a high level of flexibility and commitment
