Because heat treatment is an important prerequisite for numerous products, e.g. carbon fibres, e-car batteries or (razor) blades. ONEJOON builds the furnaces required for this and develops the process technology for manufacturing these products. As a global technology leader, we are represented at 10 locations in 5 countries worldwide. The #onejoonfamily comprises almost 500 employees worldwide, 260 of them in Germany at two locations, who pursue a wide range of tasks in a dynamic and future-oriented environment.

What does that mean exactly?

• Advising customers in the sales phase and creating plant concepts taking into account process requirements
• Creation and maintenance of a module construction kit incl. technical design templates for main components, specification of device standards
• Specification of technical key points under consideration of customer requirements for the own engineering area
• Creation of standard calculation tools and standard documents for recurring installations and products
• Creation of acceptance criteria for the assemblies, quality control on site

We are a good match if you

• have successfully completed a technical degree | technician specializing in process engineering
• Have at least 3 years of professional experience in the relevant field or in a similar position and want to expand this experience
• have good expertise in furnace construction
• Be able to demonstrate a more confident use of MS Office
• Feel occasional domestic and (extra-)European travel motivates rather than deters

And if you

• convince absolutely well, like to assert yourself charmingly and appear sovereign,
• sense of responsibility and high commitment just as much as we do,
• have an independent, careful, exact and structured way of working as well as a distinct understanding of processes,
• Be able to communicate very well in spoken and written English,
• are a reliable team player with high flexibility and willingness to perform,

then we could complement each other well.
