Because heat treatment is an important prerequisite for numerous products, e.g. carbon fibres, e-car batteries or (razor) blades. ONEJOON builds the furnaces required for this and develops the process technology for manufacturing these products. What does that mean exactly?

• Piping design for our plants, taking into account customer-specific, safety and cost-specific, as well as legal requirements and regulations
• Plan and design air handling systems considering cost, function and maintainability of complex piping systems in the context of layout requirements
• Performing fluid mechanical and thermodynamic calculations in piping systems with a focus on the hot gas range.
• Testing of interfaces inside and outside our plants
• Specify piping components
• Elaboration of tenders and requirements
• Technical coordination of the media lines trade internally and externally

We are a good match if you

• have obtained a university degree in a technical field of study or have a technician's training with several years of professional experience
• preferably have several years of professional experience in the field of piping planning and design in plant construction
• Have knowledge of piping costing
• can also demonstrate basic knowledge in the area of layout planning and plant engineering in plant construction
• have a confident use of a 3D piping design system

And if you

• A strong customer focus and service-oriented approach to work
• A confident manner, persuasiveness, assertiveness and commitment
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Communication and coordination skills and a willingness to work with an interdisciplinary team
• Willingness to travel
• Experience in preparing design models for FEM analysis and performing FEM analysis
• Experience with thermal plants and knowledge of materials
