我们的氧化炉用于热稳定聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维并将其转化为聚丙烯腈基氧化。

原丝从卷轴或盒子中取出,以丝束的形式通过多级氧化过程输送。氧化后,纤维被定尺寸并收集。氧化聚丙烯腈纤维可以连续形式使用,也可以作为短切或研磨纤维使用,这需要另一个工艺步骤。

聚丙烯腈基氧化有多种应用,从飞机机舱内部、汽车隔热或隔音、耐火纺织品到电池和储能应用。

我们为氧化炉提供三种类型的气流系统:

  • 中到端(CTE)
  • 端到端(E2E)
  • 垂直送风(VD)

所有氧化炉都配有电加热或高效天然气换热器。

混合加热解决方案集成了这两种加热源,对于较短生产周期和利用现有的最低能耗非常有用。
