冷却带材,特别是锯条的专利方法和装置

在本世纪初之前,双金属锯带的淬火和回火采用的是不连续的工艺。在第一个连续步骤中,淬火在拉通淬火炉和拉通短时回火炉中进行,然后分别冷却。随后,锯带在轴式回火炉中分批卷绕并回火成数个线圈。

Ruhstrat发明的专利冷却系统具有以下优点

  • 只用水进行冷却,不再需要使用对环境有害的制冷剂,简化了设备技术
  • 采用新的接触式冷却阶段,可以影响所谓的锯带凸度(现在仍然可以);从而简化了锯带的进一步加工过程
  • 采用新的冷却段后,可以将锯带的淬火和回火转化为连续加工。这大大降低了能耗,缩短了淬火和回火带锯条的生产时间,降低了人员和维护成本,从而节省了大量成本。
