In order to achieve the optimum mechanical properties of aluminium parts, a heat treatment process is performed, which places special demands on the plant technology used for the three process steps, namely solution annealing, quenching and ageing.

At ONEJOON, we have decades of experience in the development and construction of customer- specific furnace systems for the heat treatment of lightweight aluminium components for the automotive industry. Our industrial furnaces are used, for example, in the production of cast, flow forming or forged wheels, cylinder heads or structural parts.
