Human ResourcesHuman Resources Administrator:
As a HR Administrator, you create contract documents and other documents such as supplementary agreements, warnings, and job references. You organize the administrative area of applicant management and perform the preparatory work for payroll. You are also responsible for creating travel expense reports and for reporting to management (KPIs).
Human Resources Officer:
Your tasks as a HR Officer include selecting and hiring new employees, supporting existing personnel and advising managers. You will formulate employment contracts and references, calculate personnel costs and negotiate with company representatives. For the purpose of personnel development, they plan training courses, seminars and other further training measures.
